The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to key tourist sites and the city center. We were able to walk to many attractions and there were also convenient metro stations nearby. the furniture in the room was modern and comfortable, adding a nice touch to our stay.
There were several disappointing aspects during our stay. The staff at reception were not helpful at all, and their lack of English made it difficult to communicate.

This hotel was gorgeous and beautiful in every respect, had knowledgeable staff on arrival the member of staff. The ideal and easy location was near Piazza del Risorgimento. This venue was set in a residential area. And it was near a tube station.

What a gem of a hotel! the location is fantastic, with easy access to nearby Metro stations and tram lines. It's in the Prati area, which is both accessible and vibrant, with popular local cafes just a stone's throw away. Secondly, the staff here are incredible - so friendly and helpful. They provided us with excellent recommendations for places to eat and were always accommodating. Moreover, the attention to detail in this hotel is top-notch. The rooms are well-appointed, with super comfy beds, air conditioning, and even jacuzzis available. We were also pleasantly surprised to find an extra bed in our room, which was perfect for our needs. And last but not least, breakfast was included, which was an added bonus for the price we paid.

The food was amazing, with plenty of options. Location: the hotel was next to metro, St Paul's Square and a lot of restaurants and shops as well as a nearby cafe. Fast food restaurant Ristorante Xiang Zi was located 10 minutes walk away.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing me with a list of recommended places to visit and eat in the city. The attention to detail was impressive, from the clean and well-furnished rooms to the comfortable beds. The location was perfect, situated between two metro stations and close to the city center. Additionally, the fact that breakfast was included made this hotel even more of a great value for money.
No complaints, everything was more than satisfactory.
